Adult Admission Steps

1. Select a program. (For more information review our catalog to the right.)
2. Request official high school or GED transcript be sent to Cape Coral Technical College. Electronic transcripts can be sent to CCTCtranscripts@leeschools.net
3. Take the Basic Skills Assessment (If Needed)
   1. Call our front desk to schedule your test date/time: 239-574-4440
   2. What to Bring:
      • Test Fee ($30.)
      • Picture ID (driver’s license)
   3. Basic Skills Assessment Exemptions
      • Standard HS diploma from the state of Florida
      • Associates degree or Higher
      • GED after July 2014
      • Request that your official college transcript be sent to:
        Cape Coral Technical College. Official, sealed transcripts must
        be provided in order to be eligible for testing exemption and accessing Financial Aid. Electronic transcripts can be sent to CCTCtranscripts@leeschools.net
4.  Stop in for one of our weekly informational sessions (Tuesdays at 9:30am and Thursdays at 1:00pm)
5. If desired, complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid: FASFA. Be sure to enter the Cape Coral Technical College School ID code: 031583 on the application.
6. Pay the $45.00 non-refundable application fee to the cashier to ensure your enrollment in your program of choice.
