Program Overview
Students gain comprehensive skills in both residential and commercial construction, mastering techniques in carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The curriculum emphasizes practical, hands-on experience through site layout, framing, roofing, and concrete work, as well as specialized projects such as building tiny houses and other on-site structures.
Additional training includes reading blueprints and specifications, drywall installation, window placement, and the safe operation of professional hand and power tools. This program stresses OSHA safety standards, forklift operation, and construction management foundations, while developing the higher-order reasoning, problem-solving, and employability skills necessary for the modern construction industry.

Students earn industry-recognized credentials in OSHA safety and forklift operation, preparing them for immediate employment as:
